In 1981, Dave Howell began his career in AV and through the years gained experience with in-house hotels such as the Ritz Carlton San Francisco, La Costa Resort & Spa and the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. In 1999 he opened the doors of Velocity Audio Visual Services as a provider of presentational AV equipment and rentals for the meeting and events industry. After 12 years of growth and thousands of successfully executed programs around the country Dave rebranded the company as Velocity Audio Visual Inc. in 2011 to better serve his clients and the innovation culture of the time. At this time, Velocity invested in LED Display Technology and became San Diego’s premier LED Display provider featuring San Diego’s most complete inventory of LED Display.
